Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 7th 2025

  1. Rental Agreement: By renting a vehicle from Weelz Rentals you agree to all terms outlined in this rental agreement.
  2. Driver Requirements: Drivers must be 18 years or older, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet any additional age or licensing requirements specified by local laws.
  3. Booking and Payment: Reservations are subject to availability. Payment must be made in advance using a valid credit card or approved payment method.
  4. Vehicle Dropoff: The rented vehicle will be provided to the customer in good operating condition. The customer agrees to inspect the vehicle for any existing damages and report them before leaving with the vehicle.
  5. Vehicle Use: The vehicle shall only be operated by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement and used in accordance with all applicable laws and restrictions.
  6. Insurance and Liability: Customers are responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, and penalties incurred during the rental period. We offer comprehensive coverage provided by _______.
  7. Smoking Prohibitation: Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) or any other smoking devices, is strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles. This policy applies to both drivers and passengers.
  8. Fuel Policy: The vehicle should be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental period, or customers will be charged for refueling.
  9. Late Pickup: A late return fee may be charged for vehicles collected after the agreed-upon time unless prior arrangements have been made.
  10. Damage and Maintenance: Customers are liable for any damage to the vehicle not noted at the time of pickup. Regular maintenance and servicing are conducted toensure vehicle reliability.
  11. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the reservation details and are subject to fees. Refunds are issued according to the terms agreed upon during booking.
  12. Additional Equipment: Optional equipment such as child seats may be available for an additional charge and should be requested in advance.
  13. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of The Bahamas and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Bahamas.

By signing this rental agreement, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined above.
